Anti bullying Ambassadors

Some of our current Anti bullying Ambassadors came together on Wednesday to share best practise with new members of the team who are known as Upstanders. These students were given an insight into the expectations of an Ambassador and will complete full training in the new Academic year.
Work Experience
Year 12 students have spent the last week at their work experience placements, within various industries both locally and in London. We have also had some students who have opted to work within several departments within school and have shown great potential for teaching and project management! Having been given the opportunity of attending work experience has given students the chance to try out career ideas and work along side professionals. They were able to demonstrate their key employability skills and will be able to add this information to add their personal statements as part of their achievements and enrichment. Many of our students prepared and delivered lessons to the younger groups and were highly praised by all including students who have asked for them to return in September!
