Year 12 Business Students Create Cake Brand.

Our Year 12 Business students were tasked with creating a cake brand that could rival the likes of Mr Kipling. They were
required to research cake brands, carry out market research, look at costs, identify their target market, consider social trends
and design packaging.
Throughout this task, our students were able to develop a selection of skills including communication, teamwork and time
management.
Students were then able to bake their cakes, where one group really did rise to the challenge, creating a delicious Victoria
sponge!
