GCSE Results Day 2023

Congratulations to all the Cecil Jones Academy Students who received their final results. Their hard work and dedication to their studies has been a privilege to be a part of during their time at Cecil Jones Academy.

Teachers and parents commented on their resilience and determination to succeed,
especially considering they lost learning at KS3 due to the global pandemic.
Ali has said, “The teachers have worked hard to ensure I reached my target grades. I’m really
pleased with my results which mean I can now continue my studies at Cecil Jones Academy Sixth
Form.”

Another student said, “I achieved the grades I needed to study A levels and am so excited for my
next steps here at Cecil!

One parent said, “My Son has enjoyed his time at Cecil Jones and has excelled. He can now carry on
at college and study for a trade. Thank you for all your efforts.”

It was superb to see how many students have opted to continue their studies here at Cecil Jones
Academy and we look forward to welcoming these students back, along with our external students
on Tuesday 5 th September for Sixth Form induction.
We would like to wish our students all the best as they embark on the next phase of their education.
