Sixth Form Easter Fundraising

On Wednesday the 29th March, the Junior Leadership Team held a charity bake sale in support of Great Ormond Street Hospital and Little Havens. The event was a great success and we managed to raise over £200. We sold homemade cakes, cookies and cupcakes; whilst having fun spending the evening before baking! We had an Easter quiz for students to enter, as well as an Easter egg decorating competition, with lovely chocolate and Easter eggs for prizes.
It was great to see the students of Cecil Jones turn out to support such worthwhile causes. Mia Cundy, Deputy Head Girl, stated, “It was indeed a “wonderful experience.”
