A Level results at Cecil Jones Academy

Since joining The Loxford School Trust, Cecil Jones Academy is delighted to see, once again, another large cohort of students opting to continue their studies at university or take on an apprenticeship.
The students' hard work and dedication to their studies has been a privilege to be a part of during their time at Cecil Jones Academy. Teachers, parents and carers have been blown away by their resilience and determination to succeed, especially as they are the first year to sit exams after the Covid pandemic years. We wish them well for the future.
Abigail said, “I’m happy with these results, they will help me achieve my next steps”.
Connor said, “I want to thank my teachers and the 6th Form team for all of their support. I’m so pleased I applied to Cecil Jones for my post 16 studies”.
Liberty said, “My time at Cecil Jones has been eventful, whilst being supported I have been able to develop independence in a safe environment”.
Jennifer said, “I am lost for words on how excited and proud I am for my results. Achieving an A* is an amazing feeling – all the hard work paid off”.
Successes include;
- Connor Brighting – AAA – going on to study Bio Med with the aim to convert to Medical school
- Grace Darke – ABB
- Harry Denton ABB – going to study Computer Science
- Jennifer Route A*BC – going to study adult nursing at university with the aim to specialise in midwifery
