BackAmazing Design and Technology practical work from ourYear 9 students.
This term, a group of Year 9 students have been designing and making a mobile phone stand. The students had to first make their prototypes in card, then transfer their designs on to pine and cut the shapes out using a selection of different hand and power tools. Considering for many of our students, this was their first piece of practical work due to last year’s Covid 19 restrictions. Despite this, they managed to cope extremely well using hand and power tools to cut and shape their various parts.
