Creative writing workshop
BackCreative writing workshop:
On Tuesday, 21 June, we were visited by Michelle Mackenzie - published author, and former student of Cecil Jones. Mrs Mackenzie presented a creative writing workshop whereby a group of KS3 budding writers learnt to plan and produce their own novella. The group learnt to create protagonists, think about their goals, and what they want to achieve, and of course, to design a malicious antagonist to create conflict and general despair! Our very talented writers thoroughly enjoyed the event and wrote some original, enticing, and interesting stories.
